Australia:

Our orders are sent through Australia Post. You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post.

Orders over AUD $70 ship for FREE with Standard Post!

Orders over AUD $100 ship for free with Express Post!

Standard Shipping is $10, and parcels are sent using Australia Post Parcel Post. Express shipping is $13 and orders are sent using Australia Post Express Post.

There are also products like this beautiful Round Mandala Puzzle that are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Asia. Shipping is free, however the shipping times are longer. Please refer to each product page for the shipping times.

New Zealand:
For New Zealand orders, standard shipping using Australia Post Parcel Post is $15, and express shipping is $30.2 using Australia Post Express Post.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once payment is confirmed and received, we will post your order within 48 business hours. Please note that payments made by Paypal will be instantly confirmed, whereas payments made with Direct Bank Deposit Transfers may take 24 – 48 hours to process and receive confirmation.

Postage times will vary depending on your location and the location of the warehouse the product is dispatched from.

If the product is shipped from Australia, in most cases, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the dispatch date,depending on your delivery option chosen. However, under the new Covid-19 circumstances, shipping can take as long as15 working days after the dispatch date (not order date).

We are doing our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping once the items have left our premises. If you have not received your items within 15 days, please contact us via email hello@sensorystand.com.au.

If the product is shipped from Asia, it will take 13 – 20 days for your order to arrive in Australia; and 14 – 25 days in New Zealand.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, $AUD. Please note any taxes or duties are your responsibility as the purchaser. 

TRACKING

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website anytime here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.

When your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer in China, we will send you the tracking number and a link to track your parcel if you wish to do so.
