Australia:

Our orders are sent through Australia Post. You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post.

Standard Shipping with tracking starts at $8.95, and parcels are sent using Australia Post Parcel Post. Express starts at $10.95 and orders are sent using Australia Post Express Post.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Once payment is confirmed and received, we will post your order within 48 business hours. Please note that payments made by Paypal will be instantly confirmed, whereas payments made with Direct Bank Deposit Transfers may take 24 – 48 hours to process and receive confirmation. 

Shipping times will vary depending on your location: 

We are doing our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping once the items have left our premises. If you have not received your items within 20 days business days, please contact us via email hello@sensorystand.com.au.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We welcome and cater to Private & Corporate Customers Worldwide, and Sensory Stand can send anywhere based on Australia Post International Postage Rates. Please contact us on hello@sensorystand.com.aufor a shipment quote.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, $AUD. Please note any taxes or duties are your responsibility as the purchaser. 

TRACKING

All our orders have tracking numbers. 

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website anytime here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.

For orders shipped to overseas addresses we will provide the tracking link via email alongside the tracking number.
