    If you wish to use your NDIS funding to purchase The Sensory Stand products, we'd love to assist you in this process. Sensory Stand is not a registered NDIS provider at this stage, however, if you are self-managed or plan-managed you are able to use your funds to purchase from our store. 

    If you are agency managed, you can only use providers that are registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver your supports. And we are not registered for the time being. 

    The key points to consider according to NDIA are: 

    • Do I need this because of my disability?  
    • Does it relate to what's written in the NDIS Plan?
    • Does it assist with meeting your needs & help you do things you want to do to live a good life?
    • Affordable - is it within my support budget & plan?
    • Is it safe?  It should not hurt  you or put yourself or others at risk.

    We recommend you seek advice from your plan manager or support coordinator before purchasing if you are unsure.

    How to shop using NDIS Funding

    • Option A: Pay Upfront

    Choose your products and pay as usual. 

    The invoice can be downloaded from your order confirmation email and sent immediately after purchase. Please check your junk folder if you don't get the email immediately.

    There is a Notes box in the Cart for the NDIS number, participant's name, and other information you'd like to include on the invoice.

    You submit the invoice to NDIS yourself. As we receive payment upfront, we send the items out immediately.

    • Option B: Pay Later

    Select the NDIS self-managed payment method at checkout. This is a PAY LATER option, to allow you to draw down first.

    The invoice can be downloaded from your order confirmation email and sent immediately after purchase. Please check your junk folder if you don't get the email immediately.

    There is a Notes box in the Cart for the NDIS number, participant's name, and other information you'd like to include on the invoice.

    Once you receive the funds from the NDIS you pay us directly via bank transfer - bank details are on the invoice.

    Please email us to advise that you have paid us and include your name and order number.

    As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.

    • Option A: NDIS Plan-Managed Checkout

    At checkout, choose the payment option of NDIS Plan Managed. This allows you to check out without payment.

    The invoice can be downloaded from your order confirmation email and sent immediately after purchase. Please check your junk folder if you don't get the email immediately.

    Send the invoice to your plan manager. Alternatively, if a plan manager email has been provided we will send the invoice to them on your behalf. There is a Notes box in the Cart for the NDIS number, participant's name, and other information you'd like to include on the invoice.

    The order is dispatched once we receive the remittance advice from the plan manager.

    • Option B: Email us at hello@sensorystand.com.au

    Email us at hello@sensorystand.com.au with:

    • the items you would like
    • name & NDIS number to be included on the invoice
    • delivery address and name & contact phone number 
    • email address of your plan manager to forward the invoice to
