NDIS Orders During Our Closing Down Sale

As Sensory Stand is currently closing down, we are no longer able to support Plan-Managed NDIS orders. We are also unable to accept purchase orders or delayed payments during this time.

Self-Managed NDIS Orders

If you are self-managed, you can continue to shop as usual:

• Choose your products and complete your purchase at checkout

• The invoice will be automatically generated and sent via your order confirmation email

• You can download the invoice and submit it to the NDIS for reimbursement

If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.

Adding NDIS Details

There is a Notes box in the cart where you can include:

• NDIS number

• Participant’s name

• Any additional information you’d like included on your invoice

Important Information

As all orders are paid upfront, your items will be processed and dispatched promptly.
