    If you wish to use your NDIS funding to purchase The Sensory Stand products we'd love to assist you in this process. Sensory Stand is not a registered NDIS provider at this stage, however if you are self-managed, plan managed or NDIA managed you are able to use your funds to purchase from our store. However, we recommend you seek advise from your plan manager or support coordinator prior to purchasing. if you are unsure.

    How to shop using NDIS Funding

                                                                For Self-Managed                                                                                                                     For Plan-Managed

    • Option A: Pay Upfront

    Choose your products and pay as usual. There is a Notes box in the Cart for you to provide us with the NDIS number and the participant’s name. We will send you an invoice within 2 business days. You submit the invoice to NDIS yourself. As we receive payment upfront, we send the items out immediately.

    • Option B: Pay Later

    Select the NDIS self-managed payment method at checkout. This is a PAY LATER option, to allow you to draw down first.

    There is a Notes box in the Cart for you to provide us with the NDIS number and the participant’s name. We will send you an invoice within 2 business days. Our invoice includes payment details for you. Once you receive the funds you pay us directly via bank transfer.

    Please email us to advise you have made payment to us and include your name and order number.

    As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.

    • Option A: NDIS Plan-Managed Checkout

    At checkout, choose the payment option of NDIS Plan Managed. This allows you to check out without payment.

    There is a Notes box in the Cart for you to provide us with the NDIS number and the participant’s name. We will send you an invoice within 2 business days. You then email your plan manager this invoice for payment.

    As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.

    Email us at hello@sensorystand.com.au with:

    • the items you would like
    • name & NDIS number to be included on the invoice
    • delivery address and name & contact¬†phone number¬†
    • email address of your plan manager to forward the invoice to
